Please read these terms carefully, and print and keep a copy of them for your reference.
Orders can be placed through the website by secure payment system using your credit or debit card. After filling the order form you will have a chance to review your billing and delivery details and change them if necessary. You will then be taken to our secure payment provider, Stripe, who use the latest 128 bit secure encryption techniques to secure the transaction. Orders are processed within one working day and dispatched by Royal Mail. If you have placed an order with us through the website, we will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order. You should receive your doortaggs within 2 to 5 working days of ordering. If the goods are lost or damaged in transit, please let us know promptly, so that we can dispatch you a replacement. Orders placed after 3:30pm during the week or at weekends may be despatched after two working days.
Your warranty will begin on the date you purchased your product and lasts for a full 10 years. If you experience any failure on your doortaggs we will dispatch replacements free of charge. Please retain your receipt as this will be required as Proof of Purchase.
You are eligible for a refund on your product at any time in the first 14 days between date of ordering and date of returning. Full instructions on how to return the product with a pre-addressed postage label are enclosed with every order. Returns are only accepted at our Southampton facility. Refunds are given using the method used for purchase and are for the purchase price of the product and postage and packing charges. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receipt of your product and may take longer to be applied to your card by your credit card company or to arrive by post.
